Terms and Conditions

1. Prices: Seller reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions or typographical errors. Unless otherwise stated in writing by seller, prices do not include (a) sales tax, custom duties or any other tax or (b) transportation costs.

2. Payment: All payments are in United States currency. Unless otherwise agreed to by   seller, terms of payment are 1% net thirty (30) days / net (31) days. The seller reserves the right to modify terms if the Buyer fails to make payment on any invoices within terms.

3. Force Majeure: The seller will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver a product or any damages or losses incurred by Buyer.

4. Seller’s Limited Warranty: Seller warrants to Buyer that products sold by Seller to Buyer will be free from defects in design, workmanship and materials under normal use for a period as specified in the catalog; All Skil-Care products composed of fabric are guaranteed for six months, Smokers Apron is guaranteed for one year, wheelchair cushions are sold with a one-year guarantee except those cushions specifically noted as having an 18-month guarantee, all alarm electronic units are sold with a one-year guarantee except the Econo-Alarm, Personal Alarm and Door/Window Alarm, which are guaranteed for six months. Alarm sensor pad guarantees are noted on the product.
