Refund policy

Skil-Care Corporation accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at 1-800-431-2972 or through our Contact Us page. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
